Our corporate photography rate is €300 per hour, with a 4-hour minimum booking. A full 8-hour day of coverage is €2200 (150+ retouched photos, delivery within 3 days), dropping to €1800 per day when you book two or more consecutive days. An additional hour beyond the booked package is €200.
Does the price change because Lucerne isn't one of the bigger Swiss cities?
No — we charge one flat rate across all of Switzerland, Lucerne included, and we never add travel or transport costs to a Swiss booking, whether the venue is downtown at KKL Luzern or up at Bürgenstock Resort.
Can you cover a multi-day off-site or incentive trip, not just a single conference day?
Yes. Multi-day bookings are priced at €1800 per day rather than the single-day rate, and we can scope coverage across workshops, team activities, evening events, and scenic/group portraits over the length of the retreat.
Can we add a second photographer, a videographer, or both in one booking?
Yes. A second photographer is €250 per hour for denser coverage. A dedicated videographer starts from €2000 per day. If budget is tighter, our hybrid photographers Denis or Igor can cover both photo and video in a single booking instead.
Can our retreat or leadership off-site stay off your public portfolio and social media?
Yes. For private or confidential shootings — board retreats, closed leadership sessions — we offer a private shooting option where none of the material is used in our portfolio or on social channels, at 30% above the standard rate.
