In May 2024, our team had the privilege of documenting a major exhibition booth during the International Conference on Learning Representations (ICLR) in Vienna. This event, which brings together the brightest minds in AI research and technology, provided an incredible backdrop for our work. Tasked with capturing the fusion of cutting-edge tech design and human interaction, we delivered a comprehensive visual package that highlighted the innovation taking place on the exhibition floor.
The Challenge: Documenting Tech Innovation
The brief for this project was focused on precision and storytelling. Our team arrived at the Messe Wien Exhibition & Congress Center at dawn, well before the doors opened. The first priority was capturing the "beauty shots"—the pristine, empty booth design. Our goal was to showcase the integrated tech elements, architectural build, and branding before the crowds arrived.
“It was a significant milestone for us to work on a project of this scale,” says Yana, our photographer on-site. “The stand design was truly impressive, and the venue itself — a massive, light-filled hall—allowed us to play with different perspectives. We utilized a wide range of lenses to capture both the architectural scale of the stand from the upper balconies and the intimate, genuine emotions of the visitors as they engaged with the demos.”

As the event opened, the focus shifted to the dynamic atmosphere of the ICLR exhibition. The stand attracted a diverse, highly engaged audience, which kept our team on their toes throughout the day.
