NFON, a leader in cloud communication, wanted to showcase the vibrant culture that drives their innovation. Our mission for the Berlin leg was to move away from dry corporate reporting and focus on the "red thread" connecting their teams across Germany: the joy of working together.
"The client’s brief was clear: less talk, more action," Igor explains. "We focused on the high-energy atmosphere, the interactions between top management and employees, and the sheer fun of the after-party. It wasn’t just about filming a keynote; it was about capturing the feeling of a company that truly celebrates its people."
A Creative Finale: The Mosaic of Faces
One of the most unique aspects of the Berlin event was the interactive photo booth, where every employee’s portrait became a piece of a larger puzzle.
"It was fascinating to document the process," says our photographer, Nataly. "Seeing hundreds of individual small frames slowly merge into a massive mosaic of the NFON logo was a powerful visual metaphor for the event itself. My task was to capture both those intimate individual smiles and the scale of the final collective masterpiece."
