Exhibition Stand Photography at IT-SA Nuremberg: Capturing the Art of Booth Design

At the IT-SA 2023 exhibition in Nuremberg, our team was commissioned by BARZILAI Exhibition Experts to perform a specialized architectural and interior photoshoot of their creation for XmCyber.
Working at the Nuremberg Exhibition Centre (NürnbergMesse) is always a familiar and professional experience for us. However, this mission was unique: rather than capturing the bustling energy of a live event, our task was to produce a high-end "commercial portrait" of a vacant booth, ready for its grand opening.
The Mission: Precision Before the Doors Open
Timing is everything in exhibition photography. To meet the client's requirements, we arrived at Booth at 07:45 AM—long before the first visitors entered the hall. This allowed us to capture the stand in its pristine state, exactly as the designers intended.
"This was essentially a high-end advertising shoot for the stand builders and designers," Yana shares. "We brought specialized lighting and wide-angle equipment to emphasize the structural integrity and design aesthetics. Our goal was to show how the 3D sketches were brought to life with precise attention to materials and light."
Technical Excellence & Brand Guidelines

Dynamic Lighting: We ensured all integrated lights and logos were captured with perfect exposure—sharp and clear, never "burnt".
The 1.60m Perspective: Following professional guidelines, we shot at a height no higher than 1.60 meters to provide a wide, immersive perspective that highlights the booth's true scale.
Landscape Storytelling: Focusing on horizontal compositions, we provided a mix of wide "zoom-out" shots for the overall look and "zoom-in" shots to highlight textures, reflections, and premium finishes.
