Hybrid Event Production in Milan: 10th Impurities Summit 2026

Reliability and continuity are the foundations of great media partnerships. In March 2026, our production services were once again deployed to support a long-term partner of 12 years at the 10th Impurities: Genotoxic, Nitrosamine & Beyond Summit in Milan. This milestone event brought together global pharmaceutical experts and regulators to discuss critical challenges in drug safety.
 

As with previous years, our goal was to provide comprehensive, high-quality videography and technical support that serves both the immediate broadcasting needs and the client's long-term digital marketing strategy.

In today’s global landscape, high-level summits are no longer confined to the physical room. For the Impurities Summit, we deployed a dedicated live streaming setup, allowing remote participants from around the world to join the sessions at the Starhotels Grand Milan in real-time.

"This was a high-stakes pharmaceutical conference where information accuracy is paramount," says Igor, our lead videographer. "We had a dedicated team member managing the live broadcast desk, ensuring a seamless experience for the global online audience while I captured the dynamic atmosphere on-site. Managing a hybrid event requires a fine balance between technical stability and high-quality visual output."

Our objective was to create a diverse library of video assets for the client’s digital platforms. The production included:

• Event After-Movie: A cinematic recap capturing the networking, key sessions, and the overall scale of the summit.
• Expert Interview Series: We filmed 10 in-depth interviews with keynote speakers and industry leaders, providing evergreen professional content.
• Social Media Optimization (Reels): Recognizing the importance of vertical video, we produced a series of high-energy Reels for the client’s Instagram, designed to engage their specialized professional community.

What makes this decade-long collaboration unique is documenting the evolution of the event's atmosphere. Modern conferences are about the complete experience of the host city.
