With a crew of six—including two photographers, two videographers, a production assistant, and an on-site editor—we managed a non-stop 6-day production cycle, documenting every angle of these prestigious corporate gatherings.

One of the key technical requirements at the Conrad Istanbul Bosphorus was the creation of a high-end mobile photography studio to capture the winners.

"Our task was to organize a mini-studio for professional portraits right on-site," shares Yana, who managed the studio sessions. "We brought in professional lighting and backdrops to ensure every participant had the chance to get a high-quality corporate headshot. My goal was to create a relaxed and friendly atmosphere so that even in a busy event setting, the portraits looked natural. The result was a collaborative success—the delegates loved their photos, and we were thrilled to see them so happy with the results."

When two major events run back-to-back, the schedule demands absolute dedication. Our team remained on-site from 7:00 AM until late into the night to ensure flawless execution of the media plan.

"The events ran for six days straight, and we were on location from early morning until the final guest left," says Lera, our production assistant. "It was an incredibly exciting challenge. Working in such an intense mode required us to be versatile; I was responsible for the rapid selection and processing of photos, but I was also ready to step in as a third camera operator whenever the moment required. We functioned as a single, fast-moving organism."

While the studio was running, our field teams were split across the city to ensure no moment was missed. Our event photography and video coverage in Istanbul extended far beyond the hotel walls to capture the city's vibrant energy.

• Logistics at Scale: "We had to be everywhere at once," says Igor, lead videographer. "One team would be on a Bosphorus cruise while another documented community-focused team building activities. It was vital that every single person felt like a part of the final story in our video."

A hallmark of our service is the ability to deliver high-impact content while the event is still in progress. "The goal was to screen a cinematic highlight reel during the final Gala dinner," Igor explains. "We worked at a relentless pace, adding the final shots from the cocktail reception just an hour before the screening. Seeing 300 participants watch their own adventures on a giant screen at 9:00 PM is the ultimate validation of our technical workflow."
