If not for Hi Loft Apart Hotel my trip to Vladivostok would not turn out to be so impressive and comfortable. Hi Loft is located in the city center on the junction of all the major tourist routes and is housed in the building with a century-old history!
Opened in June 2020, in a very convenient location within walking distance from the key landmarks of Vladivostok, on Uborevicha Street, 10/3 , the hotel enchants you from the first minutes of your stay!

The historical building of the hotel is the former house of the famous merchant Kuzma Shkolnikov who lived in Vladivostok about a century ago, and familiar to every local historian. And nowadays, every guest has the opportunity to stay in this unique building. High ceilings and impressive windows create an incredible atmosphere inside. And the design of the rooms is totally in line with the barbaric austerity of the hotel.
On the second floor of the house, you can see the old photographs on the walls and get acquainted with the history of this building.
The hotel offers to its guests 12 elegant 2-level studios with 4-meter ceilings. There is everything here required for a pleasant stay: a private bathroom, a bedroom, a kitchen in each apartment, as well as bathrobes and slippers. The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis, and there is also a laundry service.
What is also special in this hotel is a very warm and attentive attitude of the staff to each and every guest. I have also noticed the passion and love with which the place is arranged and decorated.
By the way, in addition to accommodation, the hotel has its own Art studio that offers painting master classes. This creative recreation can turn into a wonderful way of evening relaxation after your intensive day trip!
There is also a hostel Goomstay Vladivostok in the same building on the second floor that provides a very nice accommodation for those who prefer low-budget traveling.
When I came to the hostel to take some photos I found not less pleasant environment there! The common space is very cozy and clean, and it surprised me by its elegant design as well!
The convenient location of Hi Loft and its cozy warm atmosphere makes your stay in Vladivostok so pleasant that you just don’t want to leave.
Everything is within walking distance – the Central Department Store, the Central Square, Railway station, the central pedestrian street, like Arbat, the waterfront, the funicular, the best viewpoint Eagle's Nest Mount and even the Golden Bridge is not far away!
I highly recommend a stay in Hi Loft Apart to those who want to get the most delightful impressions of a trip to Vladivostok and to have an opportunity to see the most of the city!
